"The Process" is a system that provides structure to all stakeholders in the educational process.  By means of "The Process" all involved in a students education are provided with clear expectations as to their role.  
 
This way of handling school matters led to a 98% reduction in discipline referrals at Geary Elementary, during Mr. Buchanan's tenure as elementary principal.  Mr. Buchanan currently serves as Geary's Superintendent.
